On behalf of the Australasian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine (ASUM) we take great pleasure in inviting you to attend the 40th Annual Congress in Medical Ultrasound to be held 24-26 September 2010 in the Gold Coast, Australia.
ASUM is celebrating 40 years (1970 to 2010) and considers the Congress this year to be of historical significance to everyone who is involved in ultrasound directly or indirectly all these years. Please join us and help us celebrate this milestone and be proud of what the society has become in that time.
The Organising Committee has designed an exciting and interesting program which has something for everyone.
The Program will be an educational and rewarding experience for all delegates covering a range of ultrasound topics, which are current and relevant to help you provide the highest standards of ultrasound practice.
The speakers for the Congress will be known experts in their fields with a great deal of hands on experience to share with delegates. The Congress will also include a trade exhibition and social program with ample time for delegates to network or simply catch up with old friends.
A feature of this year's program is that the skills workshops are integrated into the main program and are included in the registration fee for early registrants.
The Congress will be held in Australia’s beautiful Gold Coast at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. The centre is conveniently positioned in Broadbeach which is just minutes south of Surfers Paradise and a short walk from Jupiter’s entertainment complex, the beach, parks, restaurants and cafes.
